why do you have two types of bottles?
some polishes are hand-made and some are from our old manufacturer! we are working towards all hand-made :)
is your nail polish cruelty free or vegan?
yes! all polishes are vegan and cruelty free.
everything is also 10 free! this means they do not include xylene, ethyl tosylamide, parabens, phthalates, fragrances, camphor, toluene, formaldehyde, dibutyl phthalate (DBP), or formaldehyde resins.
what are the ingredients in your polish?
all polishes have the following ingredients list:

how long does it take to ship an order?
we will ship your order within 3 business days.
where do you ship?
currently only to the continental US. we hope to open it up to more places soon!
can i change or cancel my order?
please reach out to us ASAP for cancellation. we cannot make changes to orders, but we can cancel it for you to place a new one.
can I return my purchase?
we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to the nature of nail polish, but we can send a replacement or offer a refund if a polish breaks during shipping. please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within a week of receiving your package. if there is any issue with your order, please let us know so we can work toward a solution.
what happens if my package is marked as delivered, but I didn’t receive it?
sometimes USPS marks packages as delivered a little early. please give it a day or two and then contact USPS. after we ship your order, we unfortunately have no control over it.
i never got my order. what do I do?
we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. please reach out to USPS for any shipping issues.
